Then there is the headache of delegating effectively, managing performance, holidays and absence, not to mention keeping up to date with employment legislation.

If you don’t want to employ and manage your own staff then outsourcing to a company that cares as much as you do could be the ideal solution.

From your first enquiry we work towards becoming a trusted partner who understands you and your organisation. We like to really get involved with the organisations we work with, providing secretarial and project support to the board as well as membership services. We can arrange your meetings, provide reports on the work to date, take actions from the meeting and provide formal minute taking services if required. OUTSOURCE TO AN EXPERIENCED UK BASED TEAM INSTEAD

We work exclusively with not for profits, charities and professional membership associations, providing a complete remote office service.  We provide an office address, staffed with a dedicated team of experienced administrators who will be able to respond to queries from your members, potential members and other partners and suppliers on your behalf.

As part of our standard service we will provide you with a team of at least two named individuals who will be the first point of contact for your board and your members. Not separating these functions means we can provide you with real time feedback on the enquiries we receive as well as helping strengthen relationships and trust between both parties.

We strongly recommend taking time to schedule a monthly call with your team to maximise the support we can give you by agreeing priorities for the coming month and setting deadlines.

BOOK KEEPING AND FINANCIAL CONTROL

We provide full bookkeeping services up to trial balance, including acting as an additional signatory on your account (if required) so we can ensure payments are made on time and your accounts are fully up to date, including your VAT returns if applicable.

We will also work closely with your accountant to ensure adequate provision is made for taxes. We can help you to budget by providing regular accounting reports and raising potential issues with the board as soon as they arise. 

WE MAKE SURE YOU MEET YOUR REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS

We take the pain out of your AGM and annual returns and liaise with the accountant on your behalf to address any queries ahead of their annual report to you. We also ensure we become familiar with any specific professional accreditations, regulations or CPD requirements for your membership so we can support them in meeting submission deadlines.

WE LOVE TO HELP ORGANISE MEETINGS AND EVENTS

We love to help you organise events and training courses!  Whether you charge your members an attendance fee or use association funds to provide the benefits we work with you in the planning stage to offer suggestions and advice on budgets and venues.

We can then take over and undertake the advertising, delegate bookings, venue arrangements and credit control.

WE UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU NEED

We know that demand fluctuates throughout the year depending on your membership cycle and any campaigns or events you are running. We don’t make you fit in with our schedules! We take the time to understand your organisation and match our staffing levels to your business rhythm. This flexibility means we often have capacity to take on smaller organisations who may have marked peaks and troughs of activity during the year and find this makes them unappealing to larger administration companies.

We can also help you to review your systems and processes and will often be able to suggest efficiency improvements and more effective ways of working.

Do you sometimes just want to talk over your next idea when you think you have a great concept but can’t quite nail down the next step? We don’t just help support your members, it is really important to us that we support you as well. We know that being on the board of a not for profit is sometimes very lonely and you don’t have the benefit of a PA or EA which your counterpart in a corporate environment would have.
