Are you looking for a role where your organisational skills genuinely make a difference?
We’re looking for a capable, confident administrator to join our growing team, supporting charities, membership organisations and not-for-profits across the UK.
This is a varied, people-focused role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and being the calm, reliable presence behind successful boards, events and services. If you like working as part of a close-knit team, learning new things and taking pride in doing things properly (with a bit of humour along the way), you could be exactly who we’re looking for.
Cygnul provides a complete administrative and secretarial service to membership associations, charities and other not-for-profit organisations. We’re known for our can-do attitude, professional standards and warm, human approach.
We work as a team to deliver customer service, board and committee support, business and finance administration, and event organisation. Our clients trust us as advisors and partners, and we’re constantly learning how to help them improve and grow.
We’re a small but growing team and expect that growth to continue.
This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday. There is no bank holiday working and we close the office between Christmas and New Year.
There may be occasional UK travel to support meetings or events, sometimes including overnight stays, with dates planned well in advance.
Due to the collaborative nature of the work, this role is not suitable for home-based or hybrid working.

Our team comes from a wide range of backgrounds and we will consider people who cannot currently demonstrate all the desired skills. A flexible attitude and willingness to learn matter more than ticking every box as on the job training will be provided.
