We can provide as much or as little support as you need, from production of simple minutes to taking on complete responsibility for the administrative aspects of meeting organisation and follow up.
WE ATTEND AND PRODUCE PROFESSIONAL MINUTES
We can provide a professional minute taker to independently observe your meeting and produce accurate minutes, including a summary of actions and who is responsible, for you to distribute to your attendees. We are based near Malvern in Worcestershire but we are prepared to travel (at cost) to attend meetings outside the area, including central London if required. Alternatively we are happy to join via video connection from our offices.
We provide you with professional minutes of the meeting which include a summary of the agreed actions and a note of who is responsible for completing them.
WE UNDERSTAND THAT ORGANISING MEETINGS CAN BE VERY TIME CONSUMING
We understand that organising meetings is very time consuming and the responsibility usually falls to the Chair or Secretary, often at the expense of other priorities. This where we can become your trusted partner and take on that time commitment for you. We love working closely with the board and taking on the complete responsibility for arranging your meetings. We will source and book venues and catering (including checking dietary requirements or other special requests), co-ordinate dates and invite participants.
WE LOVE TO BECOME PART OF YOUR TEAM
We can collate your management information ahead of the meeting and produce reports to circulate with the agenda. We will then attend and produce accurate minutes for circulation with a summary of the agreed actions. If you want us to we can follow up with participants at intervals after the meeting to ensure actions are completed within the agreed timescales or offer support to complete them if appropriate.
We are also able to take on delegated actions from the meeting ourselves at the Chair’s discretion.
